What does the service include? ▾
Pickup from your door, wash, dry, fold and return. That's the whole thing. No sorting, no hanging, no folding — you get back a basket of clean, neatly folded laundry.
Do I need to supply bags or baskets? ▾
Just have your washing ready in whatever you usually use — a hamper, laundry bag, or basket is fine. We'll take it and bring it back in the same container.
What detergent do you use? ▾
We use a low-tox detergent as standard — gentle on skin and on little people's clothes. If you have specific preferences or sensitivities, you're welcome to supply your own and we'll use it for your loads.
What if I'm not home for pickup or return? ▾
No problem at all. Just leave your basket out front or somewhere accessible and undercover, and let us know where. We'll collect it and return it the same way when it's done.
Will I know what time you're coming? ▾
Yes — you'll receive a message the day before each pickup with your collection window. No waiting around all day.
Can I book a one-off or does it need to be regular? ▾
Both are fine. You can book a single pickup, or set up a regular weekly, fortnightly or monthly service. Regular clients save $10 off every booking.
How do I pay? ▾
Payment is via PayID or cash on delivery when your laundry is returned. No payment is taken upfront.
Is there a cancellation fee? ▾
A $5 fee applies for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, from your second booking onward. This is to cover the time and route planning that goes into each day. We understand life happens — just let us know as early as you can.
My suburb isn't listed — can I still enquire? ▾
Yes — pop your details in the booking form and we'll add you to our expansion waitlist. We'll be in touch as soon as we cover your area.
Do you do bedding and linen? ▾
Yes. Bedding and linen sets are quoted based on size and volume. Just mention it in your booking notes and we'll confirm the price before pickup.
Do you offer ironing? ▾
Yes — ironing is available as an add-on. 10 piece bundle from $30, 30 piece bundle from $70. Mention it in your booking and we'll include it.
Can I buy a voucher for someone else? ▾
Yes — vouchers make a beautiful baby shower or new parent gift. You'll receive a PDF voucher with the recipient's name that you can print or forward by email. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from purchase (or from the recipient's due month for pregnancy gifts).
I received a voucher — how do I use it? ▾
Enter your voucher code in the booking form and it'll be applied to your service. Dollar-value vouchers can be used across multiple bookings until the balance is used up.
