Voucher FAQ
How does the recipient use the voucher? ▾
They book online at mummaslaundrybasket.com.au and enter their voucher code in the booking form. It'll be applied to their service automatically. Dollar-value vouchers can be used across multiple bookings.
When does the voucher expire? ▾
Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. For the Soon to Be Mumma pack, if you enter the recipient's due month the expiry is extended to 6 months after that month — giving them time to settle in before using it.
Can the voucher be split across multiple bookings? ▾
Dollar-value vouchers yes — the balance carries over until it's used up. Fixed package vouchers (Single Service, Fresh Start, Soon to Be Mumma) apply one booking at a time as specified in the package.
What do I receive after purchasing? ▾
A PDF voucher will be emailed to you after payment is confirmed. It includes the recipient's name, the voucher code, and the expiry date. You can print it or forward it by email.
Can I send the voucher directly to the recipient? ▾
Yes — if you enter their email address in the recipient details, we can arrange to send it directly. Or you can forward the PDF yourself once you receive it.
Are vouchers refundable? ▾
Vouchers are non-refundable once purchased, but they can be transferred to another person if the original recipient can't use it. Just get in touch and we'll sort it out.
